Once a product leaves our secure, temperature-controlled facility, we can no longer monitor its handling, storage conditions, or environment. Accepting returned research chemicals would mean risking cross-contamination or product degradation.
By enforcing a strict no-return policy, we guarantee to every customer that you will never receive a product that has been previously shipped to, handled by, or returned by another facility or individual. When you order from us, you are guaranteed a 100% untouched, research-grade compound.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, we stand by the accuracy and quality of our fulfillment process. If an error occurs on our end, we will make it right.
If you receive a damaged vial, a compromised package, or an incorrect item, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please follow these steps:

Do not open or break the seal on any incorrect or damaged vials.

Take clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged/incorrect product, the packaging, and the included packing slip.

Our team will review the evidence. If the error was made by our fulfillment team or the carrier, we will issue a replacement for the affected items at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to ship the compromised items back to us; please dispose of them safely according to your laboratory’s protocols.
Order Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery to your lab, cancellation windows are extremely limited.
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address]. If your order has not yet been processed or a shipping label has not been generated, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We operate with complete transparency regarding our final-sale policy. Any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute to bypass our published No-Return policy will be permanently banned from purchasing from BioRegen Peptides and our affiliates in the future.
