At BioRegen Peptides, we understand that your research timelines are critical. Our logistics framework is designed to move your compounds from our sterile storage to your laboratory with maximum efficiency and security.

1. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Because we maintain a physical inventory within the United States, we can bypass the delays and risks associated with international customs for our domestic researchers.

  • Processing Time: Most orders placed before [8:00 AM] Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the following day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, typically arriving within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.

2. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note the following:

  • Customs & Regulations: It is the sole responsibility of the researcher to ensure that the imported compounds (e.g., BPC-157, MK-677) comply with the laws and regulations of their specific country.

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their local customs office.

  • Seizures: BioRegen Peptides is not responsible for orders seized or delayed by international customs. We do not offer refunds for products held by customs outside of the USA.

3. Discrete & Secure Packaging

To protect the integrity of your research and maintain your privacy:

  • All orders are shipped in plain, durable, and discrete packaging.

  • The exterior of the package will not mention “Peptides” or specific compound names.

  • Lyophilized Stability: Our products are shipped as Lyophilized Powder, which is highly stable at room temperature during transit. Once received, please follow the storage guidelines (typically -20°C for long-term stability).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status. You can monitor your shipment directly via the carrier’s website or through your BioRegen Peptides account.

5. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

BioRegen Peptides is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

  • If your package is lost in transit (not showing as delivered), please contact us at support@bioregenpeptides.com so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.

  • We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is a secure location.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken vials) or contains incorrect items:

  1. Take a clear photograph of the damaged item and the packing slip.

  2. Email the photos to support@bioregenpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will review the claim and, if verified, dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. BioRegen Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
